Charles chinedu Ndukauba,an I-writer and I-speaker of Wikipedia Popularly known as Charly wise hails from Ogboji in Orumba South local Government Area of Anambra state.He was in Onitsha from the family of Mr and Mrs Sylvester Anastasia Okafor Ndukauba. He was born on 12th of June, 2007. Charles went to Holy family high school, nkpor where he had his first FSL certificate and studied in L'ecolé generalise, Douala Cameroon in 2015 where he learnt French and culture.
